For this bungalow extension carried out by Hesketh Jones Construction, a full internal and external refurbishment was required to achieve the high end space the client was looking for. A fresh, contemporary family bathroom and an ensuite were key elements of the brief, as was the new functional but stylish kitchen with an on-trend vaulted ceiling. Our client wanted to bring in elements of the Mediterranean style garden through bifold doors. The extension and refurbishment required full rendering, all new windows and doors, and a new garage, roof, boiler and radiators.
